"Dry Packed"

• U/10's (10 or less scallops per pound on average)
• 10-20's (10 to 20 scallops per pound on average)
• 20-30's (20 to 30 scallops per pound on average)
• 30-40's (30 to 40 scallops per pound on average)

These are packed in either gallons (8lbs per gallon) or cloth bags (46lbs per bag). We will also customize any pack per customer request.

"Processed"

• U/10's (10 or less scallops per pound on average)
• 10-20's (10 to 20 scallops per pound on average)
• 20-30's (20 to 30 scallops per pound on average)
• 30-40's (30 to 40 scallops per pound on average)
• Scallop Chunks (split scallops)
• Pieces

These are packed in metal or plastic gallons (8lbs per gallon) per customer request. We will also customize any pack per customer request.

"Bay Scallops"

• 60/80's (60 to 80 scallops per pound)
• 80/120's (80 to 120 scallops per pound)

"Nantucket Bay Scallops"

• Dry packed in gallons - Very Seasonal
