We hand grade all scallops within our HACCP certified facility in order to insure proper handling and timely delivery to every customer.

We cut and process all of our fresh fish daily to insure the quality and freshness is unmatched. Our refreshed fish products are great for portion control and year round consistency.

Since our facility is located on the water, we off-load our lobster directly from the lobstermen into our facility.
